LETTER: Don't Create Barriers For Oakland Families Trying To Access Quality Education

Tell Oakland Education Officials Not To Make The System Harder To Navigate

A proposed enrollment policy is working to get rid of the “Oakland School Finder.” Many Oakland families have used Oakland School Finder to determine the best school options, both district and charter schools in Oakland. This policy would create more barriers to access quality education for the children of families with the least options. Oakland officials must listen to families instead of adding confusion and making navigating the system even harder during the pandemic. Read the petition below and click to send a message to elected officials in Oakland demanding that they listen to the needs of families.
